We\u2019re seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:\n\u2022 Assist customers with questions and recommendations\n\u2022 Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register\n\u2022 Maintain security of cash and protect company assets\n\u2022 Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchand\n...\nise\n\u2022 Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards\n\u2022 Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders\n\u2022 Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable\n\u2022 Other duties as assigned*\nSkills and Experience:\n\u2022 High school diploma or equivalent is preferred\n\u2022 Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred\n\u2022 Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required\n\u2022 Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting\n\u2022 Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required\n\u2022 Strong organizational and communication skills are required\n\u2022 Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required\nPerks and Benefits:\nWe offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
