It may be required to shuttle tractor/trailer to and\n...\nfrom logistic/lease companies.\nRESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES\nMoving and Operation of Tractor/Trailer\n\u2022 Walk the yard to identify and document [in the DVCR booklet] vehicle defects.\n\u2022 Communicate maintenance needs to Transportation Manager [Daily]\n\u2022 Obtain tractor/trailer list from Transportation, record odometer, hub readings, and engine hours from equipment, and send to lease company [Weekly]\n\u2022 Ensure trailers loaded with refrigerated products, i.e., cheese, chicken, etc., are at an adequate temperature.\n\u2022 Ensure Warehouse Team Members have trailers to unload and/or load\n\u2022 Assist with the unloading of trailers when necessary\n\u2022 Reposition tractor/trailers on the yard to and from docks\n\u2022 Comply with Domino\u2019s Chock, Safety Cone, and Dock Signal Light policy\n\u2022 Shuttle tractor/trailers to and from the logistic supplier\n\u2022 Take trailers to be washed and cleaned\n\u2022 Assist with backhauls\n\u2022 May be assigned to assist Drivers on a designated route(s) to unload products to Domino's stores.\n\u2022 Listen to and timely assist management and Drivers\n\u2022 Required to always wear and follow Domino\u2019s uniform standards\n\u2022 Attend scheduled safety, team meetings, and training sessions\n\u2022 Follow all local, state, federal, and Domino's safety rules, policies, and procedures\n\u2022 Attend classroom instruction facilitated by the Transportation Manager, which covers Domino\u2019s Chock, Safety Cone and Dock Signal Light Policy, Accident Procedure Policy, and any other pertinent policy and/or instruction information.\nComplete Necessary Paperwork\n\u2022 Maintain DVIR booklets\n\u2022 Comply with DOT log regulations\n\u2022 Accountable for the vehicle and product\n\u2022 Clock in and out in timekeeping and People Net system\nQualifications\n\u2022 High School Diploma or GED\n\u2022 Must be at least 21 years of age\n\u2022 Six months of verifiable CMV driving experience, one year preferred\n\u2022 Must have valid Class A Commercial Driver\u2019s License [CDL] w Air Brakes\n\u2022 Must maintain a DOT Med Cert\n\u2022 Must always meet the defined MVR standards to remain qualified to drive company commercial motor vehicle\n\u2022 Must successfully pass a background check every third year on your anniversary date\n\u2022 Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as a short notice on occasion\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n\u2022 Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, climb stairs, and lift to 50 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. on occasion, perform heavy pushing/pulling of product, work in refrigerated conditions [33-38 degrees], outdoor weather [rain, sleet, heat, snow, etc.], and work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary.\nAdditional Information\nDomino's offers:\n\u2022 Competitive wages\n\u2022 Paid Holidays and Vacation\n\u2022 Positive work environment\n\u2022 Benefits on first day of employment!\n\u2022 401k matching contributions\n\u2022 15% off the purchase price of stock\n\u2022 Company bonus\n\u2022 Referral bonuses\n\u2022 Career growth!
