JOB DURATION: Tentative start date of November 15 to December 15\nBONUS: Perfect attendance is required to earn the bonus. Bonus will be paid & pro-rated based on hire & end date, payable at the end of the season.\nJOB SUMMARY\nTeam members perform basic stocking and cleaning functions, aid customers in finding products, and carry out orders to customer vehicles. Customers regularly rely on team members for insights which often prove crucial to purchase decisions.\nEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE\n\u2022 High school diploma or GED.\n\u2022 Must be 18 years of age.\nREQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIIES\n\u2022 Forklift experience is appreciated.\n\u2022 Must be able to work weekends.\n\u2022 Experience in warehouse practices is preferred. Must be organized and able to prioritize work.\n\u2022 The successful applicant will have excellent customer service skills and previous customer service experience.\n\u2022 Good communication and organizational skills are essential.\nRequirements\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\n\u2022 Assist customers with merchandise.\n\u2022 Work safely and efficiently to provide excellent customer service.\n\u2022 Organize and rotate stock.\n\u2022 Keep store equipment and supplies organized and maintained consistently with safety and cleanliness requirements.\n\u2022 Learn and maintain product knowledge.\n\u2022 Clean and maintain fixtures, displays, shelves and aisles.\n\u2022 Repackage and label product as needed.\n\u2022 Maintain a clean and safe working environment.\n\u2022 Other Duties as assigned by supervisors and management.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n\u2022 Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs safely and often daily.\n\u2022 Requires the ability to climb ladders several times daily as needed.\n\u2022 Must be able to safely use hands and arms in reaching and moving materials and products.\n\u2022 Requires lifting, bending, standing or walking on a hard surface for long periods.\n\u2022 Must be able to climb stairs.\n\u2022 Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments.\nWORKING RELATIONSHIP\nWork closely with warehouse and store personnel. Position requires frequent customer interaction.
