Learn more at https://pearsonbenefitsus.com/new-employees/ Schedule Requirements\nOur ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the ability to work a variety of shifts any day - Monday through Saturday - between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm, and about 2 Saturdays per month. Sunday shifts would be infrequent, but a possibility if the need arises. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling.\nThis is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such 12-18 hours per week , with an expectation to work more hours if needed.\nSchedules are available at least 2 weeks in advance.\nThe Test Administrator position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment. In this position, you will be required to:\nComply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment\nCheck in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process\nProctor /invigilate candidates while testing\nTroubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues\nComplete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination\nOther duties as assigned\nQualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is required.\nMinimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.\nExperience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred.\nMust be flexible in work hours and days.\nBeginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).\nMust be able to sit for long periods of time and also escort candidates to and from testing room.\nMust be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.\nMust be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, able to hear soft voices, and see details from a distance.\nWho we are:\nAt Pearson, our purpose is simple: to help people realize the life they imagine through learning.
